Interested in learning more? Here are a number of frequently asked questions I've received. I've tried including a comprehensive variety, but if you still have questions, please get in touch and I’ll answer them ASAP.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Pilates is usually practised in (grippy) socks or bare feet to challenge your balance. If you have any issues with feet or toes, of course you can wear trainers.
Wear something comfortable, you can easily move in. Tighter fitting clothes mean I can see your posture and alignment better but not obligatory!

ARE YOU COVID 19 SECURE?

My venues and I are taking all the precautions advised. Thorough risk assessment, providing sanitiser, spacing mats, longer times between classes, plenty of ventilation for example. Please bring your own mat and equipment such as ball and band (source from me or I can advise).

IS PILATES SUITABLE FOR ME?

Yes! All ages all abilities. If you have any injuries the exercises are easily adapted to suit you.
